Refund and Cancellation Policy for Submanglam

At Submanglam, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth rental experience. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • 7 or more days before the rental date:

    • 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

    • 10% will be deducted as administrative/processing fees.

  • 3 to 6 days before the rental date:

    • 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

  • Less than 3 days before the rental date:

    • No refund will be provided.

  • On the rental date or after:

    • No cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

2. Cancellation by Submanglam

In the rare event that Submanglam must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as product unavailability or logistical issues):

  • A full 100% refund will be processed.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).

  • Submanglam is not responsible for any delay caused by the payment gateway or bank.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The rental item is already dispatched for delivery.

  • The customer fails to collect the outfit without prior intimation.

  • The rented item is used, damaged, or stained.

5. Rescheduling

  • If you wish to change your rental date, please inform us at least 5 days before the original rental date.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by Submanglam.
